Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item will be shipped.

West Virginia deliveries will be charged 6% sales tax.

Checks are accepted by arrangement.

PRICING:

Prices are non-negotiable. Valley Caravan Gallery's pricing system includes the shipping costs, unless you require special or expedited shipping. Those costs will be added either by prior arrangement or as marked for specific items.

RETURNS:

Valley Caravan Gallery accepts NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES for purchases of jewelry, clothing or accessories.

Rugs are exchangeable only, WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE, and only with return authorization. Please contact Fahima directly for return authorization.

SHIPPING:

Free shipping on every item unless otherwise noted. Shipping is included in the price of the item.

Each order will be shipped after receiving your payment confirmation.

After orders are shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please confirm your shipping address by email.
